New Balance XC-72 Shoes in Black. Heavily inspired by ‘70s era runners, this New Balance XC-72 is styled with canvas and waterproof GORE-TEX® fabric uppers. Featuring a speckled herringbone stability heel clip and a cushioned black foam midsole, this all-black XC-72 also features a vertically split rubber outsole with a multi-tread grip inspired by both the XC15 and New Balance 375. A reinforced T-bar toe box leads into the flat lace lacing system that secures the single layer tongue in place, whilst oversized ‘N’ side wall logos detail each midfoot. Finished with a black leather heel brace overlay, printed ‘XC-72’ insoles and with embossed ‘NB’ branding displayed across each sculpted tongue.
