Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Processing times for cancellations may vary depending on order volume, but we strive to handle all requests within 24 hours during business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, or intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please ensure the product is securely packaged when returning to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our mistake. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund including original shipping charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with the payment processor to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method after verification.
